Throughout our whole buying experience, Cindy Powell has been incredibly responsive and quick to action in a super fast moving market. I don't know that we would have gotten the house with a different agent. She walked us through the whole process, and as first time buyers, she made the process easy and as stress-free as possible. I'm always going to be so grateful for her help; she got us our dream house.

Wonderful Agent . I made a trip to Maine 3 times before I found the house that worked for me. Cindy was always there with a smile on her face ready to go. She never made me feel like I was a difficult client, which I can be. She’s definitely a treasure.

5 Stars for Cindy! Cindy was an excellent communicator. She is quick to respond, always understanding, kind, and patient. She was reliable and responded quickly. As the market moves fast and there are many time/date deadlines, she was great at keeping me on track to get to the closing table. She was knowledgeable and helpful when negotiating and helped me get top dollar for my house. I can’t imagine selling my house with any other realtor! She also helped me buy a house at the same time. She was always supportive through both processes.

Wonderful First Time Buyer Experience. Cindy was absolutely phenomenal to work with. We knew very little about the home buying process and how involved it got, but she was with us every step of the way to answer questions or point us in the right direction. We felt that she recognized our wants and needs and was always very honest and up front with us. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a new home!
